All Crossbeats smartwatches and audio products come with a 1-year limited manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. You can register your product on our website to activate your warranty.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Yes, we offer a 7-day replacement policy for products that arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Which payment methods do you accept?
